This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you sign up for Delta early access or ask FDE Code to contact you about an FDE engagement. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • The email address you submit in the early access form.
  • Your browser’s user-agent string (the browser and device type it reports).
  • A one-way hash of your IP address. We don’t save the IP address itself in our database, and we use the hash only to limit abuse.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you about Delta early access, or about the FDE engagement you asked about.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of the signup form.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it’s stored

Signups are stored in a Supabase database in the EU (Stockholm, region eu-north-1). This website is hosted on Vercel.

How long we keep it

Until early access launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. This site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email us and we’ll handle it.

Contact

Reply to any email we send you about early access and we’ll handle your request.
